The Avalon is best suited for adults only so, for those considering bringing children, we encourage you to take advantage of the sitter provided Saturday evening and have fun!

The Friday night event is a casual, come when you can get-together. Feel free to arrive anytime after 6pm. Dinner stations will open around 7pm. The restaurant, located in the town of Rancho Mirage, is an approx 20 min Uber/Lyft ride from the Avalon.

Daytime temperatures are expected to be in the high 70s/low 80s. However, since this is the desert, evening temps can come down to the mid 50s - so layer up!!

Be advised that most events, including the Friday night Welcome Dinner, are outside.
